FAQ

Questions teams ask first

Which AI models do you use?

We are model-agnostic. Each agent runs on the model that does its job best, from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Mistral AI or Meta, and we can change it without rebuilding the agent.

Where is our data hosted?

In the European Union. The platform is built and hosted in Europe, and your data is never used to train a model.

We have no AI yet and no technical team. Is this for us?

Yes, that is who we work with: European companies with no technical or AI background. Your employees use simple tools, and our services cover setup and customisation.

How long until the first agent is live?

It depends on the agents: a shared agent only needs configuring, a custom one is built around your processes. We give you a date after the demo.

Who stays in control?

Your people. Agents stop at checkpoints where a person approves, edits or rejects, and every correction teaches them your way of working.
